This Pinot Grigio is so easy to love: soft notes of pear on the nose, this wine is fruity with real zest and blossomy scent. Delicate and fresh, it is pleasantly dry, with a clean and persistent finish. A great wine on its own and perfect with every meal.

The Vintage:
In contrast to vintage, non-vintage wines are not about expressing the conditions of a particular growing year: non-vintage wines are about expressing consistency of style and taste. Blending wines from different vintages enables the winemaker to ensure that the house style stays the same, year-in and year-out. Some winemakers argue that producing non-vintage wines allows for the winemaker to take what is best from every vintage and build upon their strengths and be more creative. While non-vintage wines were classically used to make Champagne, and fortified wines, they are also used to make modern drinking and table wines.

Tasting notes:
Strong straw yellow colour. Characteristic aromas of tropical fruit, pear, citrus fruit. Delicate mouth feel, slightly acidulous and lingering.
